Congratulations to Hugo Owens Middle! They are the 2024 Chesapeake Middle School League Wrestling Champions! They won the citywide tournament this weekend with a score of 226.5. The Jolliff Jaguars took home 2nd and Great Middle was 3rd! Congrats to all our wrestlers!

🏆 Congratulations to Deep Creek Middle’s, The Final Formers Team, who won the Excellence Award, and The Robotic MegaMustangs team from Hugo A. Owens for winning the Teamwork Champion Award and the Judges Award! Both teams earned a place at the state championship in Doswell, VA on March 2, 2024. Way to go to all the teams who participated and competed! 🎉
