We were so proud to celebrate our 2023 Project Search graduates this afternoon! Seven students from Western Branch, Grassfield, Oscar Smith, Hickory, and Deep Creek High School completed the full-year program. 🎓 Project Search is a collaboration with Chesapeake Regional Healthcare, the Choice Group, and other area partners that offers valuable, on-the-job training to students with disabilities. Along with their internship work, the program provides skills training, career exploration, and interview coaching in order to prepare participants for competitive employment. Many of our graduates have already secured jobs in and around our community. We are so proud of what you have accomplished this year!
