This talented Art PowerUp group of 2nd graders, led by Mr. Burke, is driven by the mission to bring beauty to our school and improve their artistic skills. In celebration of Black History Month this month, they created this banner inspired by Marcus Garvey's quote "A person who does not know their history is like a tree without roots" #EmpowerCPS

The WBP Baby Bruins showed celebrated the 100th day of school today! They could dress like they were 100 years old or wear a shirt representing and celebrating 100 days. Way to go Bruins! #WeAreBruins

WBP Families,
Thank you for volunteering to assist us at our upcoming Career Day! We have filled all of our spots at this time. Volunteers will be receiving additional details soon regarding their participation in Career Day.

The Baby Bruin community smashed our 1,000-pound goal for the 2025 Food Drive. We donated 1,200 pounds! Because we passed our goal, Mrs. Napier and Mrs. Parke were pied in the face on the Morning News show. Check out a replay in the video here... https://youtu.be/WGchWHS00vQ

WBP Families,
Please help us support the Foodbank of Southeastern Virginia during our Food Drive between February 10th and 14th. There are also School Spirit days that your child can show their school spirit and support our drive. Also, if we reach our donation goal, we get to pie Mrs. Napier and Mrs. Parke in the face!

These WBP Baby Bruins have earned a shout-out. They have consistently demonstrated strong character at school. So much so, that they were selected as the January Students of the Month! Way to go! #WeAreBruins #CPSCelebrates
