The Virginia Department of Education recently announced the release of the new Parent Report covering the results of this year’s Winter Virginia Growth Assessments (read VDOE press release). Designed to provide parents additional insight into their child’s individual performance at this point in the school year, the report is available to parents whose children have already taken the Winter VGA. An example of the new Parent Report as well as additional resources for parents can be found on the Parent & Caregiver Resources for Assessments webpage on the VDOE website.
Parent Portal Claim Codes are Posted to ParentVUE
Virginia Assessment Parent Portal claim codes for Fall and Winter 2023-2024 Virginia Growth Assessments are now available in ParentVUE (in Documents/Additional Test History). Claim codes will provide parents access to their child’s Student Detail by Question (SDBQ) report for each test completed during this cycle through the Virginia Assessment Parent Portal.
