Our school district takes safety and security seriously and we believe everyone has a vital role to play in the safety of our students and our schools. We want to empower our students, their families, and the community with a communication tool they can use to report concerns or information that may pose a threat to the security of our schools. To support this goal, we are proud to launch Report Line - a new online tool that individuals can use to report safety concerns.

While the district already has many programs to help students deal with challenges such as bullying behaviors, stress, peer pressure, and family problems, Report Line allows parents, students, and community members to report their concerns to administrators anonymously. Look for the Report Line link at the top of each school webpage. Hopefully, this will help reinforce the “See Something, Say Something” initiative.

Information submitted through Report Line will be sent directly to our district Office of School Safety & Security, who works closely with the Chesapeake Police Department and the Sheriff's Office to conduct a thorough investigation of each and every threat to determine its credibility.

We depend on your support to help promote the safety and security of our schools. If you see a threat of any kind on social media, report it immediately. In the event of emergencies, please call 911.
