Lots going on here at Portlock! We had another Watch D.O.G.S. dad join us today, Mr. Thompson. We are wrapping up our Scholastic Book Fair, with Friday being the last day. Hours are 7:45-3:00, and it will also be open during our evening event, 5:30-7:30. Friday is also the last day of our spirit week. Students are asked to dress as their favorite book character. Please no masks or weapons. Finally, we have our Trunk-or-Treat event on Friday evening, 5:30-7:30. We are looking forward to seeing everyone!

Students will come home today with their Impact Aid Survey card. The Federal Impact Aid Program provides funding directly to school divisions to compensate for lost real estate revenues due to an increased amount of federal property in their districts. Impact Aid funds support all of our students and programs across the district. We ask all families to sign and return their completed cards tomorrow. Federal Impact Aid generates close to $3 million for our schools each year! Help make an impact by returning your completed card.
