Please help us in congratulating Dr. Maurice Frazier as the 2024 Chesapeake Public Schools High School Teacher of the Year!  Dr. Frazier has spent 24 years teaching at Oscar Smith and is known for his hands-on approach and ability to tie lessons to real world scenarios.  In addition to teaching at Oscar Smith, Dr. Frazier is an adjunct professor at O.D.U., member of numerous Societies and Organizations, and can be found presenting at Technology conferences across the United States.  We are lucky to have him and to be able to recognize him as our Teacher of the Year!!
