🎉 Join us in saluting the service of over 800 school board members in Virginia for School Board Appreciation Month! The 2024 theme — The Heart of Education: Our School Board — acknowledges that the school board is at the heart of the education system, guiding it with kindness and care. The month-long observance is an opportunity to build a stronger understanding of the crucial role school boards assume in a constitutional republic. School boards voluntarily tackle the enormous job of governing public school divisions, while preserving the core of our democratic values. #CPSCelebrates
Miss Stafford's 1st graders enjoyed a guest reader in their class today! Mrs. Kelley, Miss Stafford's grandma, read Sneezy the Snowman. The students enjoyed answering questions about the story and hearing about the snowy weather Mrs. Kelley usually gets back home in Ohio!
