
The National Honor Society is collecting donations for those impacted by Hurricane Helene Tuesday 10/8-Friday 10/11. See the flyer on social media listing specific items to donate. All donations can be dropped at one of the three locations in the mornings until 8:55am. Locations are the main entrance, the entrance to the student parking lot, and on the bus ramp.


Please join the Bible Club this Tuesday, October 8, for "Bible 101." We'll meet after school until 5:30 in room 708. Snacks are provided, but you'll need transportation home. All are welcome!

October is Breast Cancer awareness month- Please join the relay for life team in bringing awareness about breast cancer to DC.
Breast cancer affects millions of Americans each year. It also affects the families of those who suffer from this illness.
In support of breast cancer awareness month, we are asking you to wear pink on Wednesday's. Students and staff who wear pink on Wednesday's can stop by room 715 for a sweet treat. Come on hornet's let's pink out!


The Homecoming Homeroom Spirit Link Competition will be from Monday October 4th-Friday October 11th. Help decorate the stadium for the football game by purchasing spirit links during homeroom. Links cost $0.25 each and NO PENNIES WILL BE ACCEPTED. The class that purchases the most links will be announced at the pep rally on Friday and will receive a prize! During the month of October, we join schools throughout the Commonwealth and nationwide to celebrate Disability History and Awareness Month. Join us as we celebrate the important contributions of individuals with disabilities to our schools and community. #CPSCelebrates

October is National Bullying Prevention Month. Together, we can educate others and raise awareness to combat bullying and cyberbullying. We encourage you to use this month to participate in acts of kindness and speak up when someone is being bullied.
