Our 5th-grade students embarked on an exciting Super Mario-themed learning adventure! The day was packed with engaging, hands-on activities that brought our Force and Motion unit to life. Students explored concepts like speed, friction, and gravity by programming and interacting with ozobots in fun, game-inspired Mario Kart challenges. In ELA, students worked through digital breakout rooms designed to strengthen their fiction and nonfiction reading skills.

They tackled inferencing, context clues, and the author’s purpose while solving puzzles and uncovering hidden clues—all within a Mario-inspired setting. This immersive experience blended STEM and literacy, making learning both interactive and memorable!
