Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
As an employee of Chesapeake Public Schools, you and your eligible dependents have access to an Employee Assistance Program, more commonly known as EAP. This program is managed by a third-party vendor, Deer Oaks EAP Services, as part of our commitment to promoting employee health and well-being. There is no charge for this program and all employees are eligible, regardless of who your health insurance provider is.

Program Access
You may access the EAP by calling the toll-free Helpline number, using our iConnectYou App, or instant messaging with a work-life consultant through our online instant messaging system.
CPS Employees can also gain secured access to the Deer Oaks member site through the Employee Intranet. Just type “Employee Assistance Program” in the CPS Intranet search bar.
