Updated February 26, 2025
Chesapeake Public Schools’ Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) calls for primary and intermediate schools at the elementary school level to be converted to K-5 elementary schools, where feasible. In alignment with our CIP, Crestwood Intermediate and B. M. Williams Primary Schools will convert to a K-5 elementary school model beginning in the 2025-2026 school year. To accommodate this change, new attendance zones were approved by the School Board for B. M. Williams Elementary School and Crestwood Elementary School on February 24, 2025. These zones will take effect at the beginning of the 2025-2026 school year in September 2025.
