Insurance Premiums 2019

Employee Health Insurance Premiums for 2019 are listed below.  They will be deducted each pay period over ten months (no deductions in July or August).  Wellness Credits will be applied to employees who completed a Fasting Biometric Health Screening and online Health Risk Assessment (HRA) between April 1, 2017 and September 30, 2018.
