Congratulations to Mr. Kyle Cook on receiving the Bruin Ambassador award. This award is presented each . . .
It is with much excitement to announce that Western Branch Middle School has TEN students in the 2020 . . .
Congratulations to WBMS Teacher of the Year, Mrs. Amy Daniel! Here's Mrs. Daniel being congratulated . . .
When I think about what brings a smile to my face, the first things that come to mind are all the organizations we have at Western Branch Middle School. … What separates Western Branch Middle from the pack is all the clubs that our teachers volunteer to sponsor so that our students can feel connected to Western Branch Middle School. With more than 45 clubs here, it’s not uncommon during the week to find 10, 12, 15 organizations here after school. It’s a very active school, and that’s what we love about Western Branch Middle; it always brings a smile to my face to see kids heavily involved with our activities.
(Kambar Khoshaba, Principal)
I love how you can create great relationships with your teachers and peers through clubs, sports, and extracurriculars.
(Haley Butler, Student)
I love the principals. I love the teachers. I love the staff. They are very supportive. They’re helpful. I love the fact that they reach out to you. They make sure that you know what’s going on concerning your children. Even more so, I love the fact that my son feels safe and he loves being here.
This is a tremendous school.
“What I love about Western Branch Middle School is watching my students come in as shy and insecure sixth graders and then throughout the year blossoming into friendly and self-confident young people. It’s just a great place to work.
(Vicki Moore, Sixth Grade Counselor)

All the teachers are very nice and supportive.
