Western Branch Middle School Western Branch Middle School girls’ track team won at the CPS 2018 track championship on May 14th . The ladies 4 x 200 relay team (Amya Bouldin, Denee Cooper, Llyric Driscoll, and Sheyenne Nichols) not only broke the city record but the 4 x 400 meter relay team (Allison Clark, Denee Cooper, Sheyenne Nichols, and Nia Wiggins) broke the city record as well. “Congratulations to all Bruins for Western Branch Middle officially being designated as a National School to Watch. A Resolution of Recognition was made to the Virginia Board of Education on March 22, 2018, recognizing WBM with this prestigious honor. Way to go, Bruins!”

The team consisted of Katie Johnson, Logan Emler, and Spencer Emler.The Western Branch Technology Student Association (TSA) team competed this past weekend at the state TSA competition (Technosphere). They competed in the System Control Technology competition (lego robotics).  They finished 1st in Regionals and 4th overall in the state. The team consisted of Katie Johnson, Logan Emler, and Spencer Emler. They represented Western Branch very well.  Congratulations, to our TSA team!
