Family Action Required Following Updates to Synergy Servers

Chesapeake Public Schools will be performing maintenance on the ParentVue and StudentVue servers starting 12:00 AM (midnight), December 19, 2020. As a result, ParentVue and StudentVue will be unavailable Saturday, December 19, 2020. This server maintenance is a major upgrade and could take up to 24 hours to complete. Once the upgrades are complete, students and parents must complete the following:

ParentVUE/StudentVUE App Users:

1. Open the StudentVue or ParentVue mobile app on your phone or tablet
2. Click the gear in the bottom left corner to access Settings

“”. Click YES after selecting the new entry to link to the new servers.

Click “NO” if you have never logged onto ParentVUE. Contact your child’s school to get an activation code. Once you get your activation code, you will click “YES” to enter the code to access your account.

ParentVUE/StudentVUE Web (Browser) Users:

The web address (URL) to access ParentVUE and StudentVUE on a computer has changed. Please update any bookmarks, favorites, or links you may have set on your personal computer, smart phone, or tablet to access the new log-in screen. The new web address will be available on our main page once the server upgrades are complete.

Important Information:

This is time sensitive to ensure that ParentVue and StudentVue is connecting to the correct server to provide access to your account after Dec. 19, 2020.
Please remember, the Daily Health Screening for Option 1 students must be completed on ParentVUE. Please ensure that you update your app or browser link access BEFORE Tuesday morning, January 19, 2021.
If this link is not changed, parents and students will receive an error message.
It is also important to note that if parents have not yet activated their ParentVUE account, they will need to contact the school to get an activation code.
