Student Online Verification

At the beginning of every school year, all families must complete the student online verification process. Families must log onto their ParentVUE account to verify their student’s information. Once logged in, select Online Registration & Verification and follow the prompts to verify your student’s information. The verification process allows our families to confirm or update information for all children in a household at one time.  For more information, please visit CPS Student Online Verification Process .

Families will also have the opportunity to review and update their contact information to ensure continued access to important information and communications from their student’s school and the district.

The deadline for the student verification process is Friday, September 30, 2022.

NEW for 2022-23: All Kiss n’ Ride parent pick-up and drop-off cars will enter and exit using River Drive only.  The front parking area of the building will now be BUSES ONLY from 7:10 a.m. – 7:35 a.m. and from 1:30 p.m. – 2:20 p.m.  Thank you for your patience with this process and for your continued cooperation.

Parents will enter the designated Kiss and Ride area through the rear building parking lot entrance located off of River Drive. At the direction of school staff, cars will follow the curved drive all the way around the side of the building, stopping at the marked crosswalk. This area will be the loading and unloading zone for students. Cars will form two lines and will wait there until a staff member unloads students in the morning or loads students in the afternoon.  Cones will mark these car line areas and we have provided arrows on the map for your assistance.  After receiving direction from school staff, students will proceed to/from the loading or unloading area to unload in the morning and load in the afternoon. This has to be a steady flow for unloading and loading. It cannot be a standing zone.

For the safety of all students and staff, parents MUST wait until students are unloaded (AM) or loaded (PM) by a supervising staff member.

At the direction of school staff, cars will proceed to exit the campus onto River Drive. School staff will be visible to guide and direct the flow of traffic throughout this process. It is imperative that everyone waits their turn and does not pass other cars.

We need your help with implementing the additional safety support guidelines listed below:

  • Please do not arrive at the school to unload until 7:15 am or load until 2:00 pm. Students will NOT be dismissed before our official dismissal time of 2:04 pm.
  • Please ensure students are ready to exit the vehicle in the morning once a staff member opens the car door.
  • Drivers must remain in their vehicles at all times.
  • Please do not pass other vehicles in line
  • Please do not block any designated crosswalks or fire hydrants.
  • Please place your car tag where it is clearly visible in the front windshield or side window for parent pick up in the afternoon.
  • If you plan to utilize our parent pick up, please complete the google form link here.
