***UPDATE*** E-BIDDING DUE TO COVID-19 EXTENDED CLOSURE
The number of staff members reporting to work locations is limited. Schools and support buildings will be closed until further notice; therefore, pre-bid/pre-proposal meetings and site visits are being scheduled with safety measures in place, as appropriate. Refer to each Bid/RFP for specific updates.

Due to the Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, all contractor representatives attending site visits will be asked the following questions. If the response indicates possible exposure to the COVID-19 virus, the individual will not be permitted to access our buildings. In addition to social distancing, it is recommended that all attending wear a facemask or some type of cloth face covering during the site visit.

- Have you recently returned from international travel, or a state where the virus is widespread?
- Have you been directed to self-quarantine due to COVID-19 testing or possible exposure?
