The purpose of the school district’s summer training for newly appointed administrators is to enhance the knowledge and skills of newly appointed principals and assistant principals. Seminars will be structured to provide relevant information, to engage participants in problem-solving activities, and to promote collaboration. Through this training series, administrators will have an opportunity to examine their new roles with specific attention to tasks they are likely to handle as they begin the new school year.
