To obtain a replacement high school diploma, please submit our online request form linked below. Successful completion of this online form will provide access to the online school payment page.

The cost for ordering a replacement diploma is $20.00 per copy
Please note: All fees must be paid on our Online School Payments website. Access to the payment page is available after completing the online request form.

All orders are submitted to the diploma company once each month, usually on the 15th of the month. Please allow six to eight weeks for delivery from the date the order is placed with the diploma company.

The Diploma Replacement is not a photo copy. It is a remake of the original diploma. Replacement diplomas are for Chesapeake Public Schools alumni only.
