2021 Teacher of the Year

Audra JeffriesCongratulations to Audra Jeffries, our 2021 Teacher of the Year!  Mrs. Jeffries has been working in education for 19 years including the last 14 at Oscar Smith.  Some of the accolades use to describe her are: “the heart of the school;” “always advocates for students and teachers; “has extra common sense, she sees what works and sees what does not;” and “works to make teachers’ jobs easier because she works so hard.” She is an amazing colleague and faculty member, when she sees a need, she goes out of her way to see what she can do to help!  She has a positive impact on the entire school and community. She keeps us all moving forward and wanting to be better.  Congrats, Mrs. Jeffries!!
