Our Mission. The Office of Family and Community Engagement (FACE) seeks to create meaningful partnerships in order to inspire, engage and empower families, educators, and community agencies to support the initiatives of Chesapeake Public Schools.

New: PEAKE PARENT UNIVERSITY
We are proud to present Chesapeake Public Schools Peake Parent University. This is an opportunity for parents to engage in educational opportunities that will enhance the academic progress of students and will empower parents to become partners in their student’s educational journey. Peake Parent University courses, available below, provide families with access to a variety of events and workshops that focus on four priority areas.

FAMILY WEBINARS
The Office of Family and Community Engagement offers a variety of webinars that are open and free to the public. As events are scheduled, they will be added to our district web calendar.
FACE CALENDAR
We are proud to offer special events and programs designed to address the needs of our families throughout Chesapeake. Our events are free and open to the public. We respectfully request that families RSVP or register for events in advance so we can ensure that we have enough resources for each event. We promote our events through Peachjar flyers and on district and school web calendars.
