Parent Lunch Visit & Classroom Snacks
Eating Lunch with Students:
Parents and guardians will once again be able to eat lunch with their student(s). Lunch visitors will begin the week of September 18, 2023 and run through the week of May 31, 2024.This year, we have designated reserved seating for parents and their students. Additionally, students may invite one friend to eat with them during these special lunch visits. Seating may be limited, so parents are highly encouraged to call in advance and RSVP with our security staff.
Class Snacks and Treats Procedures - Parents may contact the teacher in advance with requests to provide a special snack / treat, example, for birthdays. These requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance and the snacks must be prepackaged, not homemade. This allows time for staff to ensure there are not allergy concerns within the classroom that require attention prior to the treats arrival. These treats must be consumed in the classroom, not the lunchroom.
