Academic Eligibility Requirements for 6th, 7th and 8th graders:
Must have passed 4 classes from the previous quarter, 2 of which must be core classes (Math, Science, English, Social Studies). Also, must have established a 2.0 G.P.A.
Sports Physical Form required (pdf): Must be signed and dated by appropriate medical personnel beginning April 1 of the current year and turned into Mr. Waddell prior to beginning tryouts. Forms can be found on the Jolliff Middle School web page under “Athletics” and the Chesapeake Middle School League (CMSL) web page.
