Time Recovery – The purpose of the Time Recovery Program is to help students avoid failing a course due to excessive absences. A student may redeem a maximum of four days per course per semester. Students must attend 90 minutes of time recovery to earn back one absence in one class. For more information please click here: Time Recovery Program 2021-2022
Extenuating Circumstances – Students on a 4X4 block schedule shall not be granted credit for a course if absences (excused, unexcused, or OSS) from a class total more than nine (9) class periods for a one term/one credit course unless Time Recovery and Extenuating Circumstances are approved. Students must submit the completed extenuating circumstances application with teacher and parent signatures, number of absences for each class, and the appropriate documentation (doctor’s notes, court, etc.) NO LATER THAN FRIDAY, JANUARY 21 by 4:00pm to the main office.
TIME RECOVERY SESSIONS
If additional seat time is needed, Time Recovery is available on the following dates from 4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m in room N12.
