Summer Reading Suggestions

This list is not to be confused with the Required and Suggested AP English 11 and 12 list.

Travel to exotic places.  Meet famous people.  Turn back time and explore ancient history.  You can do all of that this summer – read a book!

Reading is a window to new worlds and exciting people, but did you know that high school students that read during the summer are also more likely to score higher on standardized tests such as the SAT, ACT, and AP exams?  Include reading in your summer plans!
