We will be selling wristbands at the door to students for $5 which will get them entrance to the show and the Varsity Boys home basketball game vs Hickory immediately following the show. Hampton Roads is an enormously patriotic community and home to innumerable armed forces service members. Saluting those members in recognition of Veterans Day is priceless in terms of the importance of honoring those who serve and have served to protect America over the years.
This year, Grassfield High School continues it construction of a Field of Valor. This project is aimed at generating a visual and heart-felt salute to military service members through a display of American flags. Individual miniature flags can be sponsored to recognize family, friends, and others who have dedicated their lives to protecting this nation and all of the freedoms afforded to each citizen.
Sponsoring a flag requires only a $2 donation. Flags are labeled with the name and rank along with branch of service for the member being honored. Please see the attached order form (pdf) for more information. Email questions or requests for assistance to .
To apply for a parking permit, students should submit this online application. Upon completion of the application, students should verify all submitted information as well as print and sign a copy of the online Confirmation Form. The signed Confirmation Form and a valid driver’s license should be brought to the Grassfield High School on one of the following dates:
** NOTE: Those students who do not have internet access may pick up a copy of the parking permit application from the main office. **
Parking permits will be sold for $25.00 (CASH ONLY) and will ONLY be sold to seniors and juniors. Sophomores are NOT eligible to obtain a parking permit.

Chesapeake Public Schools is happy to announce the availability of Office 365 Pro Plus at no charge to all Chesapeake Public School (CPS) students for use on personal computer equipment.
The licensing allows the installation of the software on up to five compatible PC and/or MAC computers. In addition, a simplified version of the software may be installed on up to five tablet/mobile devices. The license will remain active as long as the division maintains this agreement and as long as you are a CPS student. Once the student withdraws from the division, they are no longer legally licensed to use the software.
