Our annual homecoming dance will be held on Saturday, October 5th in the food court at Grassfield High School from 8-11pm. Tickets will be on sale during all lunches the week of September 30th-October 4th. Class dues must be paid and up to date to purchase a ticket. This dance is only for Grassfield High School students, grades 9-12. A completed permission slip (attached-pdf) must be presented at the time of purchase. Drinks and snacks will be available for purchase at the dance from our PTSA. Please contact Alicia White () if you should have any questions.
The PSAT will be administered to Grassfield students October 16th. The PSAT is open to students in grades 9-11. PSAT online registration opens Monday, September 9th via the OSP link on the Grassfield High School website; the fee is $17. Students who prefer to pay by cash or check (payable to GFH) may register in-person September 30th to October 9th during all lunches. Each student who registers will receive a PSAT Student Guide with testing information and helpful tips and resources to prepare for the PSAT. If you register online, please bring the receipt to main guidance anytime between September 10th and October 9th to receive your PSAT Student Guide. All second year, 10th graders are preregistered and prepaid by CPS and will receive their Student Guides in the next few weeks. Please contact the school counseling office for questions about the PSAT.
To apply for a parking permit, students should submit this online application. Upon completion of the application, students should verify all submitted information as well as print and sign a copy of the online Confirmation Form. The signed Confirmation Form and a valid driver’s license should be brought to the Grassfield High School on one of the following dates:

Parking permits will be sold for $25.00 (CASH ONLY) and will ONLY be sold to seniors and juniors. Sophomores are NOT eligible to obtain a parking permit.

Chesapeake Public Schools is happy to announce the availability of Office 365 Pro Plus at no charge to all Chesapeake Public School (CPS) students for use on personal computer equipment.
The licensing allows the installation of the software on up to five compatible PC and/or MAC computers. In addition, a simplified version of the software may be installed on up to five tablet/mobile devices. The license will remain active as long as the division maintains this agreement and as long as you are a CPS student. Once the student withdraws from the division, they are no longer legally licensed to use the software.
