Parking Message from Mr. Perez

Hello Parents,

We appreciate your patience with the traffic during student drop-off and pick-up. It seems to be getting better each day.  We do ask that you be mindful of some safety concerns:
  • Please DO NOT park in the staff parking lot located closest to the bus ramp.  This is for staff only!  No parent pick-up or student parking allowed. We ask that you do not pull through that lot to pick up your student at dismissal.
  • Please DO NOT park or stop on Scenic Parkway to pick-up or drop-off students. Scenic Parkway is a thoroughfare with moving traffic; stopping is not permitted.
  • Please DO NOT park in the parking lot across the street to pick-up or drop-off students.  The lot is private property and cars may be towed.  Additionally, there is no crosswalk or crossing guard on Scenic Parkway, so students must cross against traffic.
  • Please DO NOT park in the back row of the parking lot in front of the building.  This is a fire lane and needs to remain free of obstructions.
  • Please DO NOT park in student spots during morning drop-off. Students need those spots to get to class on time.
We will continue to monitor the traffic situation and look for ways to move cars through more quickly.  Thank you for following these safety reminders.
