Student athletes interested in running Cross-Country this coming fall please have the following:
1) VHSL Sports Physical prior to June 30 (mandatory) If you had a VHSL Sports Physical between May 1 2021 and present, you are good to go. The form can be found on this website under “athletics”
2) Cross-Country conditioning will start June 28. Have a good pair of running shoes.
3) Weight training will start June 21 (Monday and Thursday). 8:30am.
