How to Clear Cache / Cookies / History on Chromebooks

To clear the cache on a Chromebook

1. Open the Chrome browser.
2. Hold down the CTRL, Shift, and Backspace keys simultaneously.  

Or 

1. Tap the three dots in the top-right corner of the screen, hover over “More Tools” and then select “Clear browsing data” 
2. Check the boxes next to Browsing History, Cookies, and Cached Images and Files.
3. Click Clear Data

 ** Note:  Make sure the time range is set to “All Time” (see picture below)
